There is a large dining hall adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 8 to 10. The lounge can seat 8 to 10 on comfortable sofas and leather armchairs and has a wood burner for cooler evenings. The television is set up with UK freeview satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Channel4, Film 4, cbeebies and CBBC etc.) A good selection of DVDs is available.
There is additional seating in the sitting room, which is adjacent to the study with it’s large selection of english language reading material, a Nintendo Wii, broadband internet access and double doors leading out to the fishpond.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is direct access from the kitchen to the enclosed barbeque and dining area.
